Viconnis is a VE-REWAL project partner

The aim of the VE-REWAL (Realization of trustworthy complex systems through wafer-level packaging) project is to develop the functionality of an overall system and make it trustworthy and secure for the end user. The functions of individual chips are distributed and integrated across several so-called chiplets. This conceals the functionality and layout as well as the intellectual property from third parties.
